Since 1985 I have been representing people with criminal charges in Federal and State Courts, and in local Mayor's Courts. Whether you are charge with a felony or misdemeanor, it is my task to assist you in protecting your legal rights by going to a jury trial to demostrate your innocence of the charge, or working out some plea bargin to lessen the sentence of the Court. The Department of Justice and State Prosecutors have the resources of the government to prosecute the charges against you, so it is important that you are prepared to defend yourself on all charges brought against you. The prospect of being incarcerated for years, or even just months, mean that felonies and misdemeanors are serious charges, which can result in a loss of your liberty and your family's reliance on you.
Over the years I have worked on all types of criminal cases from Murder, Robbery, White Collar Crimes and Thefts, Drug Offenses, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs, Child Abuse, Assualts and Domestic Violence, Obstructing Official Business, and traffic offenses. I set my fees according to a client's financial situation, from using my standard hourly fee to charging a set fee amount for the representation in what ever Court my clients find themselves fighting for their liberty.
